Hi,I was in your facility to get an Ultrasound test for my abdomen/pelvic this past Tuesday Feb. 21. My sonographer David S. who performed the test was so nice, professional and thorough. As I had never had one done before, he was very helpful in alleviating any fear or anxieties that I had in coming in.A wonderful sonographer all around and great guy. Can you please advise if there is x-Ray service on saturdays, especially the coming Saturday 15Jul2023? I was told no appointment needed for x-Ray. However when I arrived your location at 2300 Eglinton around 4 pm on Monday, I was told x-Ray finished at 2pm. If the X-ray service is not always available, you can make it by appointments" like other services. It's annoying that patient was told that then can go anytime for X-Ray but no service available when they get there. It's not customer friendly as people have to take another time from work!"

My experience was excellent. I was early and the saw me 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. The procedure was explained in detail to me and the staff members were very helpful and professional.

The MyHealth Centre is run very professionally. The staff are very knowledgeable and understanding. Best of all, when our medical health system has fallen apart, this Centre runs on- time. I had an appointment at 10:30 AM, I was told the scan would take about 1.5 hours and I was on my way home at 12: 05 PM. On-time. Much appreciated!

Very curtious staff. Had multiple ultrasounds and was treated with the utmost respect by Josy and and a Mamogram by Jen.When we are concerned about our health kindness by the provider makes the experience less stressful. Thank you to everyone for a positive experience.

Very courteous and efficient. I have been here four times with my cancer diagnosis and they are always polite and make the experience (as enjoyable as possible).
